Smoked BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp Kansas City BBQ rub
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Dillightful BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp honey

Heat the smoker to 275°F with pecan or cherry wood. Line a sheet pan with parchment.

Gently combine meats, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, rub and Worcestershire without overmixing.

Form 24 equal 1½-inch meatballs and arrange them on a wire rack over the sheet pan.

Smoke 35–45 minutes until the centers reach 155°F. Stir together the sauce and honey, then brush every meatball generously.

Smoke 10–15 minutes more until glazed and 160°F. Rest 5 minutes and serve with warm sauce and toothpicks.
