BBQ Brisket Sliders
Smoky brisket, crunchy slaw and tangy sauce on soft rolls.
Ingredients
- 12 connected Hawaiian or potato slider rolls
- 1½ lb sliced or chopped smoked brisket
- ¾ cup Dillightful BBQ Sauce
- 6 slices provolone or smoked Gouda
- 2 cups prepared coleslaw
- ¼ cup dill pickle chips
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1
Heat the oven to 350°F. Slice the connected rolls horizontally and place the bottom slab in a greased 9 × 13-inch pan.
- 2
Warm the brisket with ½ cup sauce and a splash of beef stock so it stays moist.
- 3
Layer cheese, sauced brisket and pickle chips over the rolls. Replace the tops.
- 4
Mix butter with garlic and sesame seeds, brush over the rolls and cover loosely with foil. Bake 12 minutes, then uncover for 5–7 minutes.
- 5
Cut into individual sliders and add a spoonful of cool slaw to each just before serving so the buns do not become soggy.
