BBQ Pickle Dip
Creamy, smoky pickle dip for chips, vegetables and game day.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup finely chopped dill pickles
- ⅓ cup Dillightful BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Kettle chips and vegetables for serving
Instructions

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in sour cream, barbecue sauce and pickle juice.

Fold in chopped pickles, cheddar, most of the green onions, dill, garlic powder and paprika.

Taste and add another splash of pickle juice for more tang or sauce for more smoke.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour so the flavors combine and the dip firms slightly.

Top with remaining green onions, dill and a small barbecue drizzle. Serve cold with sturdy chips and vegetables.
