Smoked Deviled Eggs
Classic deviled eggs with smoke, pickle tang and paprika.
Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ tsp celery salt
- Smoked paprika
- Fresh dill
- Crispy bacon, optional
Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs for 11 minutes, transfer to ice water and peel when fully cool.

Heat the smoker to 225°F. Place the peeled eggs directly on the grate and smoke 20–30 minutes, turning once for even color.

Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them until no large lumps remain.

Stir in mayonnaise, pickle juice, chopped pickles, mustard, hot sauce and celery salt. Adjust until creamy but firm enough to pipe.

Fill the whites, dust with paprika and finish with dill and optional bacon. Chill until serving.
