Grilled Corn on the Cob
Charred sweet corn with butter, dill and barbecue seasoning.

Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn
- 6 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp BBQ rub
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- Kosher salt
- Lime wedges

Heat the grill to medium-high. Peel back the husks, remove silk and pull the husks back over the corn; soak 10 minutes if desired.

Grill covered for 12–15 minutes, turning every 3–4 minutes. Pull back the husks for the final few minutes to char the kernels.

Mix butter, dill, BBQ rub, garlic, pickle juice and lime zest until smooth.

Brush the hot corn generously with the seasoned butter and return it to the grill for 1 minute.

Season with salt and serve with lime wedges and extra butter.
