Kansas City Burnt-End Breakfast Hash
Crispy potatoes, smoky burnt ends, peppers, eggs and cheddar in one serious gameday skillet.

Ingredients
- 1½ lb Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb cooked brisket burnt ends
- ½ cup Dillightful BBQ Sauce
- 6 eggs
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Microwave diced potatoes with 2 tablespoons water for 5–6 minutes; drain and pat dry.

Brown potatoes in oil in a large cast-iron skillet for 10–12 minutes.

Add onion and peppers and cook until tender. Fold in burnt ends and Dillightful BBQ Sauce.

Make six wells, add an egg to each, cover and cook until the whites are set.

Top with cheddar and green onions. Cover briefly to melt the cheese and serve hot.
